Putting something in your bag changes nothing. The sale is made when you have paid and we have sent you a confirmation with an order number. Until then we can turn the order down, and the usual reason is that the last one sold in the shop minutes before you pressed pay. If that happens you get your money back in full.

Prices are in naira and include VAT at 7.5%. Delivery is added separately and is worked out from your address before you pay. We can change prices whenever we like, but never on an order already placed: what you paid is what you paid.

If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, a jersey at ₦250 rather than ₦25,000, we will not hold you to it and we will not hold ourselves to it either. We will tell you and refund you.

Payment is taken by our payment provider on their own secure page. Your card details never reach this website and we never see them.

Delivery times are our honest estimate and not a promise: same day inside Port Harcourt if you order before 2pm, two to five working days elsewhere in Nigeria. Couriers, weather and traffic are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within seven working days, message or ring us. We will find it, resend it, or refund you.

The landmark on your address is not optional. Riders here find houses by landmark. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was not enough to find you, we will try again, and a second delivery charge may apply.

If we send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or faulty, that is ours to put right at our cost. Tell us within seven days of it arriving and we will replace it or refund you, including what you paid for delivery.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under Nigerian consumer law, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including whether a shirt is an official product, a replica or a fan version. If a description is unclear, ask before you order and we will tell you plainly.

We are responsible for getting you what you paid for, in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses beyond that, such as a match missed because a courier was late. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the order.

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted when you placed it, and we keep a record of which that was.
